Many of our current workforce of approx. 20 employees have been on the team since the beginning. Engineers with different academic backgrounds and ranges of experience are direct points of contact, and adapt individually to customer requirements. Business management employees round out our service. Thanks to our continuous growth and communication in the context of university teaching appointment, we are continuously acquiring not just innovative theoretical approaches, but also young employees. They receive a warm and collegial welcome, and after a structured and well-established induction training they rapidly take on responsibilities.
