To this end, we have established a quality management process aligned with DIN EN ISO 9001, in which both the core process of our engineering services and the associated quality assurance, management and support processes are clearly defined and firmly embedded in our operational procedures.
A key element in maintaining this quality is the continuous training and professional development of our staff. This encompasses structured onboarding, regular training in the software and standards we use, weekly team meetings for knowledge exchange, and in-house English courses. We also support part-time degree programmes and qualifying seminars.
Current validity of standards
In order to ensure that the standards we use are up to date, our company is registered with the Standards Ticker of the publisher Beuth-Verlag. We are thus kept up to date regarding any and all changes to the regulations that are relevant to our work. This also allows us to rapidly obtain standards regarding your specific inquiries, and thus adapt our calculations especially to your individual requirements.
Occupational safety and health
We attach great importance to the occupational safety and health protection of our employees. Our company is supported in this respect by the Occupational Health Service of TÜV Rheinland, and our 3 first-aiders are regularly trained in accordance with the statutory requirements.
