At ITB GmbH, we see entrepreneurial success not only in numbers, technology, and innovation, but we also want to fulfill our responsibility to society. That’s why we actively engage in social projects that support people locally and create opportunities.

Our New Membership with Tatendrang e. V.

We are pleased to be a member of Tatendrang e. V., an initiative that brings together young people, young adults, and volunteers in Dortmund and offers them opportunities to take responsibility and implement their own ideas through projects, workshops, and participatory activities.

Why We Support Tatendrang

Our commitment to Tatendrang is more than just a good feeling for us: it reflects our corporate values. Teamwork, personal initiative, and sustainable action are not only guiding principles of our work but also values we want to strengthen in society. Tatendrang enables young people to develop precisely these skills, and we are happy to support that.

Promoting Regional Development, Giving Back to Dortmund

As a company with deep roots in Dortmund, we know how important a strong regional network is. We benefit from the diversity, talents, and opportunities in our city and therefore want to give something back. Through our commitment to Tatendrang, we contribute to ensuring that Dortmund remains a place where young people are supported, can get involved, and actively shape the future.
