We are your partner for CFD simulations. We support you as a service provider by performing cost-efficient CFD simulations on your behalf, or we help you as a software distribution partner to establish CFD in your company efficiently and profitably.
CFD simulations enable you to identify optimization potential at an early stage, reduce prototypes, and improve the performance of your products.
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) makes it possible to digitally calculate velocity fields, temperature distributions, and pressure conditions, visualize them in a variety of ways, and evaluate them quantitatively –
long before a physical prototype is created.
To do this, the flow volume is derived from a CAD geometry and discretized using a computational grid. Complex equations are then solved on this mesh. This allows pressure, velocity, and temperature to be calculated at each mesh element.
This general approach makes CFD simulation extremely flexible in its application. Whether air, water, or other
fluids – CFD simulations can provide helpful insights into product properties in a wide variety of applications.

With over 20 years of experience in the simulation of technical systems, we support our customers with sound advice and tailor-made solutions. Whether it’s a single project, long-term collaboration, or selective support during bottlenecks, with us you work directly with engineers who speak your language.
As a company with over 15 engineers, we are able to meet all your needs in the field of flow simulation:
That depends on the application, the complexity of the geometry, and the required accuracy. While simple simulations can often be completed within a day, highly complex and time-dependent (transient) applications can sometimes take several weeks. We will work with you to review your application and provide you with a reliable estimate.
To carry out a CFD service project, we usually need CAD data for the component to be examined. We discuss the required boundary conditions (volume flow, temperature, etc.) and material data (density, viscosity, etc.) with you. In many cases, we can also access existing databases to simplify your research.
The final and most important point is to jointly identify the specific goal of the simulation—this ensures that the calculation is neither too simple nor unnecessarily costly.
The CFD methodology is very accurate. The implemented models have been validated by the manufacturer for the vast majority of technical applications. In addition, comparison with measurement data is possible. We also offer to quantify the mesh accuracy. This gives you additional confidence in the CFD results.
We charge for our CFD services on an hourly basis. The duration of the project depends entirely on the complexity of the task and can range from a few hours to several weeks. We will be happy to provide you with a transparent, binding quotation after a brief initial consultation.
In our experience, modern and easy-to-use CFD solutions offer small businesses in particular the opportunity to develop more competitive products faster and more cost-effectively. We would be happy to assist you in integrating CFD simulations into your product development process.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or are interested in learning more about the possible applications of CFD simulation in your company — we will get in touch with you quickly and easily.
