Our CFD service is primarily aimed at companies seeking to thoroughly analyze flow or thermal applications and systematically improve their systems, without having to perform CFD simulations themselves.
We conduct the CFD simulation according to your specific needs and assist you in understanding your product. Afterwards, we present you with the simulation results and document them in a report — clearly understandable, even for non-experts in fluid mechanics.
We discuss your issue, examine the CAD geometry as well as boundary conditions and installation situations, present suitable tools, and set expectations. This usually takes place in an online meeting, but we can also come to you if needed.
You receive a transparent offer with a defined scope of services at a fixed price. The proposal details the planned approach, project flow, and expected results.
We prepare your CAD geometry for simulation, simplifying non-relevant details and deriving the fluid volume. The computational mesh is then created, with relevant areas and near-wall regions particularly refined.
Boundary conditions and physical models are set up in the CFD setup. The simulation is run, and results are checked (e.g., convergence, plausibility, mass and energy balance). If needed, the setup or mesh is adjusted for valid results.
Results are prepared, evaluated (qualitative and quantitative), and interpreted. The model, solution, and our interpretation are clearly documented.
In a final meeting, we review results together and discuss next steps.
If specific information—especially material data—is missing, we are happy to help you obtain it.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or are interested in learning more about the possible applications of CFD simulation in your company — we will get in touch with you quickly and easily.
